This week’s clean skincare spotlight is Inna Organic. Inna Organic is a clean beauty brand that makes organic, nontoxic, and effective skincare products that are EWG Verified, COSMOS Certified, made with organic and natural ingredients, free of parabens, harmful chemicals and synthetic frangrance, and cruelty free (no animal testing).
This week’s clean skincare spotlight is Ongaro Beauty. Ongaro is an affordable, organic, non-toxic skincare and haircare brand that is made right here in the USA. Their ultimate mission is to provide healthy personal care products that produce results you can see and feel at reasonable prices. In today's post I share the products I'm currently using and how they are working for me!
Looking for natural products you can actually trust? Going clean is a popular resolution for 2019, but also one that many people find confusing and overwhelming. There are so many options out there, and many brands and products are not as clean or natural as they may seem. To help you out, I'm doing a weekly series that highlights truly clean companies in the beauty, skincare, personal care and home care categories. This week I am highlighting Puracy, a natural household, personal care and baby care brand based out of Austin, Texas that was founded on the belief that you shouldn't have to break the bank to access safe and effective household items. Their products are uniquely formulated to do more with less. They use less packaging, last longer, and are made from the purest natural ingredients available. And all at a very affordable price!
I was recently introduced to UK-based natural brand Atlantis Skincare. I was lucky enough to sample two of their products, and love them so much I wanted to feature them in this week's Clean Skincare Spotlight. Atlantis Skincare creates fresh, handmade face and body care products under the tagline “Luxurious skincare for those who care”. And that tagline could not be more accurate. You can see and feel the quality of their products from the first use. They are high quality and high performing.
This is my third Clean Skincare Spotlight, and my third female-founded company. Coincidence? I think not. Who better to develop clean, effective skincare for women then women! I’m particularly excited for today’s post because OY-L is an Akron-based company, and I am a Cleveland girl! Nothing is more exciting than finding a local company you love, support and can share.
Welcome to the second weekly installment of my series highlighting companies dedicated to the mission of providing safer, cleaner products. This week we are highlighting skincare company Silk Therapeutics. Silk Therapeutics makes clean, clinical-grade skincare that works for all skin types, even the most sensitive. Our breakthrough Activated Silk™ technology allows us to replace harsh chemicals and preservatives commonly found in personal care products. Each of our products contains 12 ingredients or less, and is expertly formulated to provide maximum results while working with your body’s natural chemistry.
Over the past few months I have become quite passionate about ensuring that my family and I are using safer, cleaner products for our skin, our health and our home. One of my goals for 2019 was to switch out all of the items we use to products I can trust are safe AND effective. I've been excited to find that there are so many amazing options out there, and more hitting the market every day. Whether it's skincare or cleaning products, there is no longer a need to sacrifice quality and efficacy for safety, and that is pretty amazing.
Looking for a leopard print cardigan that will help you transition to spring? I fell in love with this leopard duster I found at Evereve last week, and think it's absolutely perfect for the next few months! It pairs well with a graphic tee, fun prints like stars and stripes (you can get creative with that pattern mixing!), and especially spring dresses it's not quite warm enough to wear alone.
Spring is just around the corner, and I'm already starting to get my warm(er) weather wardrobe ready. As you know I'm all about versatility, and I love pieces that can transition well from winter to spring (and beyond). There are a lot of great transition pieces out there: jean jackets, chambray tops, trench coats, oversized cardigans. The list of choices is long, but if I had to pick my favorite spring transition piece it would be the moto jacket.
